Topological improvement means to optimize the force distribution of single components. Excess material is removed on the one hand and areas under high pressure are strengthened with supplementary jointed material.

For this reason, we implement methods of topological improvement in order to use the precise amount of material needed. This results in an eased production process and its expense reduction.

Current simulation plays an increasingly important role in the product development.
Additive manufacturing enables the conception of complex shapes and figures within a limited area.
We are capable of building cooling circuits, in a previously unimaginable manner , which allows us to push the performance boundaries of our products.
Moreover, our innovative cooling concepts improve the cooling performance drastically, whilst simultaneously reducing pressure drops.
Complex shapes often need to be accompanied by simulations and improvements. Our company therefore implements numerical flow simulation from the earliest stages of our common project so that we can obtain the highest efficiency levels for your component.

Our components are not only visually pleasing but primarily functional!

We implement virtual prototyping early during the project to simulate operating conditions, maintain low prototype production costs, and shorten the development period.

Consequently, we can judge, at the beginning of the project,
if the designed component has adequate dimensions and if modifications in the material or shape are necessary.

Our modern FEM -tools help us analyze the impact of various movements and motions within our components and the influence of currents, pressure, and temperature on the overall structural sturdiness.

Working with virtual prototypes abbreviates the development time, minimizes the often necessary production of prototypes, and prolongs the longevity component.

Generative manufacturing is the core of our work.

We use of free form surfaces at the same rate, as we employ milling, lathe, welding machines and metal sheets for constructions.

Our models are of course scaled which allows for a swift updates and variations if required or demanded for. We use SOLIDWORKS as default program for our constructions.

We can implement other CAD Systems on demand.

We do not merely supply components but also devices, entire systems and installations.

Any monitoring, standardization and certifications are executed in consultation with our partners TÜV Rheinland, SwissTS.

We carry out trials on test benches/beds/stations, in your company / onsite (whereever your location is/you are situated) and perform services and repairations on our delivered/supplied installations.

Have on paper drawings become utterly obsolete in the age of 4.0 industry?

We could not disagree more with such a statement.

Out of experience, the use of of paper drawings is still an adequate and relevant means of communication, in order to find a common ground for the communication between the engineers, project supervisors and the mechanics during the process of building single components,  prototypes  or during the on site installation of plants.

On that account we create our paper drawings according to the standard with the same diligence and precision that we use for our constructions.

Our engineers have been working with additive manufacturing technologies since 2009. The knowledge we have acquired enables us to develop extraordinary components and systems.
